  • Lead all technology for the company — architected and built the auto-parts e-commerce platform (mittalautospares.in) end-to-end.
  • Design and build internal software and tools to automate catalogue, orders, and day-to-day operations.
  • Own the company's technical infrastructure — deployment, security, and systems administration.
  • Drive SEO and blog/content writing to grow organic search visibility and inbound traffic.

Head of Digital Operations

Vikas Trade Links Private Limited, Bengaluru | July 2022 – April 2026
  • Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify D2C, scaling combined monthly revenue to ₹30+ lakh.
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub — listings, account health, case resolution, and Plan-of-Action submissions.
  • Own product catalogue across all channels: titles, images, descriptions, attributes, pricing, and variant structures for maximum search visibility.
  • Plan stock replenishment & forecasting, monitor inventory health, prevent stock-outs and clear slow-moving inventory.
